Finishing A Pressing Task

The possibility is somewhat unsure.
I may get things done with frustrations;
Which will prevent me from achieving my purposes;
Pertaining to the items especially;
However I am fond of constructing a state of regular arrangement.
I am fond of constructing a state of normal funtioning.
I am fond of constructing both states out of utter confusion.
